🔄 Exchange Rules

  • Time Limit: Parcel milne ke 7 din ke andar exchange ki request bhejein.

  • Benefit: Allow to open & Cash on delivery

  • Process: Hum aap ke door step se parcel collect karwayenge.

  • Exchange Charges: Delivery charges RS 300/- apply honge (Pickup + New Delivery).

💰 Return & Refund Rules

  • Eligibility: Agar aap ko wrong ya damaged item mila ho, to aap 7 din ke andar return kar sakte hain.

  • Process: Item humare address par wapas send karein. Quality check ke baad aap ka refund process kar diya jayega.

  • Deduction: Refund ke waqaya amount se RS 250/- shipping fees deduct ki jayegi.
